Nick is a distinguished Black Belt under Jason Rau, who embarked on his Jiu-Jitsu journey at Serra Jiu-Jitsu. Nick's quest for knowledge led him to learn from the renowned John Danaher at Renzo Gracie Midtown, enriching his skills with diverse perspectives.
Having traveled the world for training and competition, Nick is not just a practitioner but a global explorer of Jiu-Jitsu. Competing up and down the east coast, he has become a household name in the local Jiu-Jitsu community.
Nick's true passion lies in instruction, where he brings a wealth of experience and insights gathered from various esteemed academies.

Introducing Jeremy, an experienced Alliance Brown Belt with over 7 years of dedicated practice and competition experience.
Jeremy has achieved notable success in both GI and No-GI disciplines, securing medals at various IBJJF events and other prestigious tournaments.
As a multiple-time medalist in Grappling Industries, NAGA, NewBreed, Pride, NJBJJF, Fuji, Men of War, and Goodfight Submission Only tournaments, Jeremy brings a wealth of skill and passion to the mat.

DEAN PARRISH
Dean is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with over 11 years of experience. He previously owned and operated a jiu-jitsu gym in Shanghai, China, where he coached students of all ages and built a strong foundation as both a competitor and instructor.
Now living in New York, Dean trains under Jason Rau and Nick Ronan, two of the top no-gi practitioners in the world. He is fully dedicated to mastering no-gi jiu-jitsu and continuing to evolve as both a student and teacher of the sport.
Dean brings a technical and structured approach to his coaching. With extensive experience teaching children, he’s passionate about helping students build confidence, discipline, and a love for the art.
